What is your return policy?While we are confident you'll adore your Kaylie Dawn goodies, we understand that sometimes, an item you buy online is just not what you expected. To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may simply reply to your order confirmation email or send a new message to info@kayliedawn.com. We will supply instructions on sending the item(s) back for a refund. Requests past 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be offered store credit or be refused.

Do you offer customization?Yes! If you're interested in customizing a handmade Kaylie Dawn jewelry piece, just email your request to info@kayliedawn.com. We also offer items in larger or smaller sizes, for example, bracelets can be made larger or kids size. Our "YAY" bracelet is always fully customizable.

An item I want is sold out. Do you ever restock items?We restock top-selling items as soon as possible. If the item is a handmade Kaylie Dawn piece, it may take 4-6 weeks for the restock to take place since we may need to import high quality gemstones and make the item. To inquire about a specific piece, email info@kayliedawn.com.
